COLD AGGREGATE FEEDER UNIT
- It consists of TWO independent high open kind bins having total 25tons capability being fabricated from MS plate mounted on rigid Channel supported on channel.
- Each bin consists of an independent opening for for feeding the mixture with adjustable bin manual gate.
- Each bin deposits pre-determined combination via auxiliary belt on Gathering belt fitted beneath, that is driven by 03 power unit A.C. Motor.
- A continuous kind electronic load cell mounted on gathering conveyor for correct feeding of combination into cold belt conveyor.
DRYING & MIXING UNIT
- Single Drum flight Rotor Type, Drying & Mixing shell 1000 mm Dia and 4000 mm long made out of 08 mm MS plate Full shell driven by 10 HP AC motor coupled with reputed make reduction gear box.
- Drum rotating speed are 12/14 RPM.
- Built-in Multi Cone Dust Collector having manual dust outlet, system controls the dust to contain / recycle permissible fines; it's capable of preventing the exhaust of fine dust in atmosphere for environmental control ensuing into less impure plant.
- Exhaust blower having balanced ID fan having 10 HP AC Motor and high Chimney, mixture heated by Hi-Lo Pressure Jet kind Electronic Burner having fuel consumption 175/200-liters/Hr maxi.
- The DM unit fitted on strong chassis created out of Heavy I Beams with perfectly aligned and proper distance for dryer chain to rotate without any extra efforts.
ASPHALT TANK
- Insulated with filter having 10-ton capability with direct-fired heating technique via light-weight oil motor vehicle burner electrical ignition.
- Variable speed 03 HP D C. drive for pump to synchronize with dry mixture rate of flow to supply combine orthodox to style combine in the least hundreds, regulator management to regulate the burner to maintain at pre-set asphalt temp.
HOT CONVEYOR
- Hot mixed material conveyed from chamber of drum are discharged into hydraulic storage hopper fitted at discharged finish of conveyor driven by 05 HP AC motor including SMSR gearbox.
- The Hydraulic twin gate hopper opened via Cylinder battery-powered by a compact power packed and also the operation is automatic duly controlled from AC Panel.
- Hopper consist scrapper for cleansing the load-out belt properly and reassuring falling hot-mixed material in to hopper.
Control panel
Control Panel for absolutely automatic drum mix plant, AC, Burner and DC, DC Thyristor management having observation Mimic with with electronic Belt Weigher (Load Cell) Continuous sort (Fitted on gathering belt).
CONTROL CABIN
With electrical wiring and points, Floor of Aluminum chequred plate on plywood having angulate structure, well furnished with interior, tiny air outlet to avoid suffocation.
